To activate Standard or Enterprise plans, you must have a valid payment method saved.
Add a Payment Method
From Payment Methods, click Add a Payment Method.
Enter card details and click Add Card.
Remove a Payment Method
From the Payment Methods, click Remove in the saved payment method.
It is now possible to activate a Standard or Enterprise plan.
