To upload a linework file to a project, you must create a project and import a point cloud dataset. 

[object Object]It is not possible to upload a linework into an empty project.

[object Object] We recommend the shapefile format (*.shp) for linework files

Add a linework file

From the Project Dashboard, select the Linework tab, then click Add

Complete the linework file details

  1. Linework name
  2. Linework description (required)
  3. Click Next
[object Object] Note valid file extensions (Note recommended file type is Shapefile*.shp)

Select file to upload using either:

  1. Select file using the Select File button, or
  2. Drag and drop file into file upload area 

[object Object]Don't not leave the upload page until the upload is completed.

     4. Once upload of the 3D model file is completed...

     5. Click Next

The linework file will be sent for processing.
 
On the project dashboard the linework file State will show as "Processing", depending on the file size it may quickly show "Complete".

 

Once the linework file has finished processing, the

  1. State will change to "Complete", and you can now view the file.
  2. To view the linework file, click View.
